The biggest change I've made is to eat a breakfast a bowl of @weetabix every morning keeps me full till break time #WWstruggles
The plan for month two is to start a excercise plan. Anyone here with suggestions on good excercise ideas let me know I'd appreciate it 👍
If someone offered me that weight loss a month ago I'd have probably eaten both their arms off knowing my appetite 😂
Right I've a month done at weight watchers total weight loss is at 1 stone 1 pound. Still a good way to go but it's encouraging

I used think think people that said breakfast was the most important meal of the day were talking 💩💩💩 but it seems to make a difference

It's being going grand keeping the weight off but kinda plateaued there for a while but got weighed this week and had a massive weight loss💪
