@Wealth_Pill What has helped me the most to have a good nightās sleep is: ⢠Start my day early, so I tackle most of my tasks and get comfortably tired as the night approaches. ⢠Get the most manageable tasks done in the afternoon so I donāt force myself to get activated late in the day.

@Wealth_Pill I always hate these basic info threads as if insomniacs have never tried self-care before. My tips: * Get an at-home sleep study to see if your REM is disrupted / check for apnea * If you sleep hot get bamboo sheets * Write before bed (slows/processes racing thoughts)
