.nz domain name prices are increasing on July 1st. You can renew your domain before then at the old price. This includes .co.nz .org.nz domains etc. The reason being an increase in the wholesale fee charged by InternetNZ, from $18 to $22, due to operational cost increases.

Yesterday I learned of a new online payment method available within New Zealand. I made a purchase of some IT supplies from @pbtechnz and paid using "Online EFTPOS", which did an instant payment through online banking without needing a credit card. Was very easy and quick. Nice!

An urgent software update is required for LiteSpeed Cache plugin. LiteSpeed Cache is commonly installed in WordPress by default, by hosting providers, so unless you're sure it's NOT installed on your site, you should check for it and update it if it's there.
