@Whotfismick after 5PM it passes and i cant sleep til about 3AM
@Whotfismick For me it hits at 2pm to 5pm 😞
@Whotfismick In a world obsessed with productivity, maybe the nap is the real rebellion.
@Whotfismick Around that time, if you nap for 20-30 mins, you wake up feeling like heaven. If you nap for 2h you wake up and ask yourself who th I am, where th is here?
Your brain crashes around 2 PM. It's not your fault, it’s biology. Humans are wired for two sleeps a day, not just one. Ancient humans napped to survive. They conserved energy, stayed alert, and avoided predators. That post-lunch slump is your circadian rhythm. Adenosine builds up in your brain like sleep debt. Naps are the quick payment. Most traditional cultures had siestas. Modern life just forgot. A 20-minute nap can boost memory, focus, and creativity like a cheat code. Even NASA made astronauts nap. It's not lazy, it's peak performance science. Your ancestors napped to stay alive.
@Whotfismick That 3–5pm nap hits harder than any alarm clock ever could ngl... Wake up questioning your name, your job, and if it's still 2025
Don’t have lunch - have a late, healthy and heavy breakfast around 10:30 am and early dinner by 6:30 pm - you will never have the urge to nap and also balances your weight and health. Only 2 meals a day and in the afternoon after 2 pm, fruits(berries and banana) and nuts(almonds, walnuts, chia seeds etc.,) are a great combo for a snack.
@Whotfismick that 3–5pm sleep hit like you just cried in a parking lot
@Whotfismick Always…😩and then when you get home you’re wide awake and can’t fall asleep 😂
@Whotfismick Fell into this trap a couple years ago and can’t escape it now
@Whotfismick I do soooo much better on night shift than day shift!!!
@Whotfismick I be ready to risk it all and ruin my sleep schedule
@Whotfismick I do it everyday before work ( I wake up between 12-1pm LOL)
