WCA has been awarded funds from the National Lottery Awards for All, to support and develop local community groups in city neighbourhoods and then develop a Good Neighbour Network. If your group needs support, or you'd like to join the network, then do please contact us.

If you've ever thought about volunteering, or would like to know what it involves, come along to WORCESTER VOLUNTEER EXPO on Friday 17th June at the Guildhall from 10.00am - 2.00pm. Over 30 organisations will be attending so it's a perfect opportunity to have a chat!

If you'd like to know more about volunteering, come along to the Worcester Volunteer Expo on Friday 17th June at the Guildhall from 10.00am - 2.0pm. Over 30 organisations will be attending so come along for a chat, a free goody bag and free tea / coffee and biscuits!!

We continue to be one of the local charities supported by the St John's Co-op's (Lower Wick, Dines Green, St Johns and Henwick Rd). Please choose us as your charity as the funding is essential to enable us to continue our mission to support and promote volunteering.

A number of charities are also suffering - they are having to close, to protect clients and / or staff, so will lose money from not providing services. They are looking at laying staff off and not sure if they will recover once this is over. The sector also needs support!!

Please support our need for funding (!!), by supporting us on Worcester City Lottery (search WCA) and / or shopping at any of the Co-op's in St Johns. All help and support is much appreciated.

WCA is one of the chosen charities for the Co-op so please choose us and help us to continue to provide our services to the community. We will be working with the shops in St John's over the coming months so do come and say 'Hello' if you see us.

Nearly time for the Worcester Volunteer Fair - everyone welcome on Friday 1st June from 11.00am - 3.00pm at The Guildhall, High St, Worcester. Nearly 40 organisations attending, so plenty of opportunities to discuss volunteering. Do come along and meet us all!!
