I was meant to be on the train now going to watch my beloved team play their 1st game of the season but my mental health is up and down like a yoyo. I'm gutted but I know I'm better off locally at the minute. It's not the 1st time and wont be the last. But I'll keep right on

I'm seeing a therapist tomorrow, first time in over 3 years. I've never had any help regards OCD so I feel pretty nervous but also excited. You have to keep trying and if this doesn't help I'll try again. We deserve to live a happy life like everyone else
