Year 11 Art excursion. Students are all safe and well the train should arrive at Wyong station at around 5:15-5:30pm. Students are on the same delayed train as the Year 6 Leadership excursion. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear Parents and Carers, This message is to confirm that WCCS will definitely be open tomorrow. The ovals will be closed but the water has subsided to the point that our council approved flood policy will allow us to have students onsite. Darren Milligan | Principal

2/2 Having said that, it is forecast for 30 - 50mm for Wyong tomorrow with a 100% chance of rain. We will keep you updated as to what the water levels are doing by lunchtime tomorrow.Darren Milligan | Principal

1/3 Dear Parents and Carers, We have just checked the water levels at school. As it stands we would be reasonably optimistic that at the current rate of subsidence we will be open by Monday.

1/3 Please be advised that waters levels have increased around the school and at the school overnight. The forecast is for heavy rain today. Whilst the school site is not in any immediate danger, we are concerned that the roads to and from the school may close today.

2/3 Therefore we have enacted our Food Evacuation Policy and made the decision to close the school today. There will be staff onsite should your child already be on their way to school. We will provide further updates today.

Years 5 and 6 are able to order the following special from the canteen on Thursday 17th February: Pizza (cheese and bacon or Hawaiian) - $4 Orders must be brought to the canteen with money in a paper bag before school starts on Thursday.
