I paid for my order in full, only for it to be delayed for weeks because they corrupted my name and address on the shipping label.[1] Getting this fixed was impossible. Their customer service is designed to make you give up. They send robotic emails, make excuses, and blame everyone but themselves. After multiple calls and emails, a "manager" finally called, admitted my details were wrong on the label, but insisted it was "not a problem." Their solution after all this trouble? An insulting £10 voucher. When I refused, they flatly stated they would offer no other compensation. Xiaomi doesn't just fail to deliver orders; they mishandle your personal data and then treat you with contempt when you complain. They are a disgusting company to deal with. Avoid them at all costs. It is simply not worth it.
