Was singled out during daily huddles for mirror errors on service requests Please learn how to private address performance issues with employees & not embarrass them. Not everyone takes criticism the same

The lead would assign service request with little to no explanation on how to quickly resolve the issue. During training, was expected to reach unrealistic training goals within 90 days of employment without having real understanding of the environment.

"Sink or swim training style, passive aggressive management." Cons Searching for documentation in very fast pace environment isn’t very streamlined. Maryland Team isn’t a great source when asking for help & cannot be trusted.

Felt harassed by boss on numerous occasions Overworked and not compensated for hours Micromanaged Feedback was given to owner numerous times and no real action taken to improve morale High turnover Open office seating making it difficult to concentrate Workload unreasonable

Team Lead quits after having had enough of the micromanagement from Baltimore.

Dumping people/entire departments through layoffs and others walking out. It is know internally that the CEO, Bob, (outsourced) an entire department just so he could bring in his golf buddy/personal friend from Maryland (where he came from) to run that particular department

At public and larger private companies, no such nepotism objective exists. The objective of these companies is to hire the very best people so the company can effectively compete with what are in many cases world-class competitors.

Had a manager that was very obsessive and a micromanager. Employees were too afraid to say anything because its a family run company and all the managers are family. President brags about having an open door policy but who is going to go complain about his son to him?
