The following was posted on a Jewish Facebook group. "My friend is at the Raptors game now and the guy sitting beside him was asked to change his shirt or leave. He was wearing a free the hostages shirt. Security made him leave because he wouldn’t take it off. My friend took the photos so I removed this man’s face for his privacy. My friend is now fuming in his seat his. He doesn’t want to renew his seats." Scotiabank Arena has a history for the past year of giving a platform for Hamas supporters. We must speak up.
You can chant from the River to the Sea. You can protest in Jewish neighbourhoods. You can protest in front of Jewish supported hospitals. But you can’t wear a shirt that says Free Our Hostages. I suggest that all Jews who hold tickets to the Raptors wear a sweatshirt that advocates for the Hostages. The Jewish community of Toronto should not be intimidated. Make every game a Free Our Hostages game.
@Bruceco99 @neveragainlive1 Here's the thing ... decent people are generally fond of supporters of the slaughter of tens of thousands of innocent people. Nor are they fans of land and property theft, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, or depriving other humans of food, clean water, shelter, healthcare or rights.
@EmmaonTwatter @Bruceco99 @neveragainlive1 Was the slaughter of Jewish on 7/10 okay in your view? There has never been an #occupation by Jewish in this region! FACT all Jewish #ethnicallycleansed illegally from #JudeaSamaria #EastJerusalem #Jewishquarter in 1948, so their return in 1967 was legal, though #disputed!
