It frustrates me when coaches claim they can help a player but do nothing. A coach’s role is to actively support players, especially when they’ve put in the effort and have the potential to succeed at the next level. It's about genuine commitment, not just promises.

It's funny to me that we are teaching players in these workouts to do all the dribbling drills but can't shoot the 3 or mid-range. If you are a guard that can't shoot or catch and shoot, your coach can't use you. No one cares about your dribbling bag.

When listing a player, it's crucial to accurately include height, weight, and other important details. There is difference between 6'0" and 6'3" can significantly impact a player's performance and evaluation. I have a player now that's having to correct this information.

It is funny to me as a coach when half the other team has players that have been reclassified down, and the starters are still the game up by 30. As a coach, we dont forget at all. Sportsmanship is just word to some programs.
