バレンタインデーにメゾンカカオのチョコをもらいました。ピノ・ノワールは赤ワインを作るときに使われる黒ブドウですね。 あまりワインの味はしなかったですが、生チョコで美味しかったです。冷蔵庫で冷やしておいたのも良かったですね。 #バレンタイン #メゾンカカオ #ピノノワール #生チョコ

名古屋ではわりと有名らしい「ラーメン福」に行ってきました。 写真は「野菜多め」です。もやしとネギがマシマシになります😊 背脂醤油ラーメンです。 めっちゃお腹いっぱいになりました。

鎧塚さんのショコラサンド。 写真の撮り方が悪くてわかりにくいけど、黒っぽいチョコクッキーに生チョコがサンドイッチされている。 こういうお菓子は食べる時に大抵真ん中の柔らかい部分がグチャっとなって食べにくいけど、ものすごく計算されていて、キレイに食べれました✨ #アムールドショコラ

炊飯器でカオマンガイを作りました✨ 鶏肉を使ったタイの有名な料理ですね。タレがポイントなのかな。 醤油、味噌、オイスターソース、ごま油、生姜、ニンニク、ハチミツ、刻みネギ。結構いろいろ入れました。 アクスタの使い方も覚えました😊 #setsuna刹那 #カオマンガイ #タイ料理 #炊飯器

道尾秀介さんの「月と蟹」を読みました。 直木賞を受賞した作品ですね。 正直もう少し最初の方から面白くなって欲しかったけど、後半は面白くて一気に読みました。 前半のヤドカリのくだりが伏線なのかなと思ってたら、意外とそうではなく、ある意味予想外でした。 #月と蟹 #道尾秀介 #直木賞

やっと90点超えました✨ 福山雅治さんの「家族になろうよ」はすごく好きな曲で、去年の7/27に歌い初めてから半年ぐらい経過したけど、今朝やっと超えました。 音程を合わせるのが非常に難しい曲で、なかなか点数が上がらず苦労しました。 今でも低音部分は合いません… #福山雅治 #家族になろうよ

下の血圧が90あってかなり高いので、塩分を控えようかと… お昼はコンビニ弁当が多くて塩分が多くなりがちなので、サラダだけでも作って持っていこうかなと。 味付けはオリーブオイル。 あとはおにぎりでも買うかな。 血圧下げるために他にできることはあるだろうか？ #高血圧

今年初の買い物。 以前履いてた靴は靴底が擦り減って穴が開いてしまって。。 やっと買い替えました。 靴が新しくなると気分がいいですね😊 足の幅がちょっと広めなので、細い靴だと靴のサイズはちょっと大きめの27cmです。 #PATRICK #靴
