I shouldn’t have underestimated the speed up gains from moving my array manipulation to tensors instead of numpy. So much time wasted but I guess I learned a lesson

ending the day with about a 60% win rate on my model against the rules-based one. For having started knowing very little about RL, this feels like a small win

For my current NLP project, runs take about 1 hour per epoch, and RL project is also at like 2-3 hours a project. Feel like I should punt these to the cloud instead
