Dozens of Hazaras/Afghans support Iranian singers, filmmakers, artists, and businesses. We attend their concerts. We promote their work. We amplify their voices. We stood with them during the “Zan, Zendegi, Azadi” movement. But now that we need them — where are they?
Where are the Iranian singers, filmmakers, artists, and feminists while Afghanistani refugees are being butchered, deported, and humiliated in Iran? Where are their voices when our children are torn from schools, when our women are jailed and abused? Where is woman/life/freedom?
@ZohalAzra It is what it is. The Iranians are enforcing their laws. Yes they’re being brutal about it but we can’t control that. We can only end our humiliation by starting to mass immigrate to countries where you CAN gain citizenship through hard work & abiding the law.
Anything produced or any services provided by Iranians should be boycotted by Afghans and Hazaras. Mullahs who support Iran’s agenda must be isolated from our communities, and those acting as Iranian agents should be reported to the relevant authorities. This is how we show them the price of their actions. Deterrence cannot be achieved without decisive measures. Next time they consider humiliating our people, they should know exactly what it will cost them.
@ZohalAzra That's a good lesson for us to know people better. There's no difference between them (Zan Zendegi Azadi) and others who are not supporting this group.
