I just had a new experience when I had a cigarette while being very full after my dinner… my uncomfortable fullness went away in seconds… it felt like the smoking boosted my digestion, is that a thing???

New strategy (maybe my most unhealthy one yet lmao): i can pick between smoking and eating. And i usually prefer smoking, so I’ll just smoke instead of eating lol. Living the French lifestyle… don’t try this at home😀

Im moving abroad alone soon and im so sad that im gonna have to leave all my favorite low cal safe foods in my country… im so scared im not gonna find anything good when i move. But at least im gonna be living alone so no one can control what i eat!
