Don't think Powell will lower rates meaningfully this year. It doesn't matter if the economy is bad or Trump says mean things about him. He won't lower rates because he'd prefer his name and legacy means anything but "inflation guy". This one is easy.

$IONQ down 40%+ since. There was no room for error and they delivered their worst report -- by far -- since going public. Investors should be pissed, but it was a painfully obvious sell at $29.

When I buy a stock like $IONQ at $7 and it's worth $30, $40, even $50(1!) less than a year later, I hold it accountable for that valuation gain. Stakes are higher. This is the time to be *more* critical, not more patient. You will learn through pain.

$IONQ - new CEO is clearly there to sell the company over a 6-18 month timeframe. There is nothing positive about losing Chapman. This is nothing like Gates move to Chair of Microsoft. Tech is leading but I’d be really surprised if this doesn’t hit single digits by September.

Total gain on $IONQ was a little over 300%. I said when I bought, I said when I sold. Such a damning report with leadership change. Completely flips the r/r on the biz and sales pipeline. I believe in the hybrid tech, but the company must be healthier at this price.
