I went to Mexico, it was only 5 of us and the person I felt that ran the trip properly and organised was banned from faycations by the owner and only when I went to Barca is when I realised how they treated others and how unorganised it was. If you had proof post it publicly!

We all spoke respectfully to try and rectify the situation and came to an agreement that the service from @faycations was below par and that a refund was to be issued to each individual which is yet to be received.
