My question to the writers is what they think the appeal of BLOOD elves is to the people who play them? I understand that 'redemption' is part of their arc but I really don't know anyone who likes blood elves because they are morally pure. Those people are playing high elves.

Further information about this dungeon is not giving me much more hope unfortunately lol Maybe the demon hunter will add some nuance to it, at least, but "purge the city of its lingering corruption" is just so boring.

Also having fel magic be such a taboo that it's sequestered into a dungeon of warlocks that we kill feels so lame on face value lol I'll hold out hope that the rest of the city still has some of the TBC blood elf flavor involved, but I worry for this.

So it looks like from the dungeon short for Midnight- that the implication is that fel-magic/warlockery has been forbidden in Silvermoon. What the actual? Imo huge L move, complete erasure of the TBC blood-elf vibe. How does it even make sense when the city was rebuilt by fel-use
