The thread under this video is annoying, if y’all knew the family or followed them y’all would know this lady got 7 total kids & the baby girl making the bottle is the last kid before the baby, no where near being the oldest. All her kids help with the baby.

I don’t work close to my house. If I take the train or drive, it cost. If I take the train, I’m either walking or getting a Uber. If I drive, I pay for valet. So if you cancel or no show esp on a slow day for me, you inconvenienced me when I could’ve saved my money & been at home

Only way I’m doing a refund is if I had to personally cancel your appt or you couldn’t reschedule for another date but has to be 24 hrs BEFORE the scheduled appt. Anything after 24 hours, there will a cancellation fee & the deposit then becomes the fee 🤷🏾‍♀️

As a stylist I get it. You didn’t say nothing the day you was supposed to come & then waited til the next day. Shit happens 100% agree but we got lives to outside of being hairstylist esp with kids. Nothing is cheap no more. Time is money.
