While I would have taken the DM route (if I knew the Dr personally) - I appreciate this calling out of toxicity in upcoming medical elders - with the sole purpose of hopefully getting some introspection & changed behaviour.

ADHD, OCD, and Autism are medical conditions not personalities or aesthetic labels. It’s troubling when people present them as trends or badges of identity just to appear cool. These diagnoses are real, and trivializing them undermines the lived experiences of those affected.
