I meditated to the sound of lemon with my son. I had the most beautiful experience! The best part of last night though was listening to my son, and to see his eyes light up as he shared his experience. Those moments are what I live for. #Resonance #Meditation #ConsciousSoul

Thought #5 It's the 3rd week of 2018, how are you doing? Did you make New Years Resolutions? Recently my mentor suggested I pick one word to live by for 2018. I did it! What a powerful tool! I'd like to extend the same challenge to you. Here's to a beautiful 2018!
