Yesterday I got a new PR in long toss when I was able to throw 390 feet!! 400 coming soon!

A few weeks ago I threw 5 innings, most in a long time. Didn’t have my velo but I managed to produce a lot of weak contact. Only 1 Hit against me. Cutter was great and CB was good. Playing against a rival team we were up 14-0 when I was done, against a team that beats us often.

Looking through my library and found this video from a couple months ago where I was sitting 87-89 T90 w/@Kirk_R9 and all my pitches were working quite well especially my CB which can be a great swing and miss pitch. This BP was after a final and I had ~7hrs sleep in 2 days 😂

Had the first bullpen of the season today and was able to get up to 90 and sat 86-89 dotting the corners. The off speed also felt very good and was able to throw with command.

The @recruitingCSB event was the best recruiting camp I’ve been to. I met great coaches and learned about their baseball programs. The CSB staff was incredibly generous. They immediately called coaches for me and really made the effort to get me in contact with schools.

I attended a College Scouting Bureau event in Charlotte, NC. Among other things, I was able to pull down 91 and sat 88-89 on the mound. I believe that if I was able to throw a few more pitches I could have hit a 90. A huge thank you to @recruitingCSB

Haven’t been able to do too much long toss lately, but I was able to do 350 ft. the other day. Hopefully by the end of the month I’ll be up to 360. 400 feet is the goal for this summer.
