More hopeful findings from @_Hector_Blanco & @NoemieSportiche: Studying "builder's remedy" projects in MA, they find (1) only largest projects reduce nearby home values; (2) no sig effect on neighbors' voting; (3) little induced exit. 1/4 h/t @salimfurth
