Some key highlights from our panel on ‘Transforming Skills Assessment through Responsible AI’ at the BHER Executive Summit in Toronto last week! I had the privilege of bringing together our esteemed partners and friends—Farah Alexis, Chief Ethics Officer at @HydroOne, and Manav Gupta, CTO at @IBMCanada —to discuss Ethical AI, the future of workforce skills, and how AI-driven assessments like Knockri are ensuring fair, merit-based hiring. We tackled the challenges of AI transformation, earning stakeholder trust, and the pivotal role of AI advisory boards in ensuring responsible implementation. One takeaway that should be obvious but often isn't? CHROs and CTOs must work in lockstep to drive successful rollouts!
