I’ve been very committed to sleep since starting medical school. 💤 I’m not getting eight hours EVERY night, but I get a full rest most nights. I recognize that I’m not good at rising early for my own benefit, but I have no problem waking when I have other commitments.

Our last lecture in the block is about cancer epigenetics — namely in prostate cancer. My grandfather died of severely metastatic prostate cancer several years ago, so this is hitting close to home for me.

#tbt 08.03.2024 White Coat Ceremony 🥼 SUCH a core memory. I was so fortunate to have my family support me at this milestone. I literally teared up while speaking the Oath of Hippocrates, which was so emotional for me.
