At least they are all happy without me. They won't come back. They found better and that's the best thing for them. When you are so ill you start affecting others I feel its just better to have nobody to hurt when you kill yourself when it inevitably happens.

Trying to start the process to get over someone, yeah it's not going to happen. Just going to keep feeling like shit and wishing differently. It's what always happens, it's why ill die alone, me as a person isn't even wanted by the wider trans community. Ill just stay in my hole.

never force relationships or communication. if it's not mutual, then let it go. people know exactly what they're doing. if they wanted to match your energy, they would. start rewarding inconsistency with unavailability. allow them to lose you because of their lack of effort
