With the below two stripe (de)sign attached to aerobic outfits, sold on the Dutch market in 1997, @hm did not infringe Adidas' three stripes trade marks, holds Court of Appeal The Hague in a yesterday decision after 23 years of proceedings. Congrats @hm from your lawyer!
