@LGUSSupport I bought the MVEM1825F microwave March 2023 from Best Buy. Worked great until recently. The numbers on the panel are messed up now, excess moisture noticed. I don’t know, but I thought when I bought an LG product there wouldn’t be issues like this in year 2.

@russell_perham @LGUS Send it back or just don’t accept it. They make garbage planned obsolescence appliances. They are in a federal lawsuit over their compressors in fridges dying. My washing machine has needed FIVE drain pumps. FIVE. Get a @SpeedQueenHome washer instead.

@_LGUS__ I’ve done that. You even promised the Better Business Bureau that you would take care of it then you guys dropped out of it again, so don’t give me this. This TV gets worse every day and I can’t afford a new one. Ripped off

@LGUS Life isn’t good. In fact I will never buy or use LG again cause your products do not work! Can’t even get a technician out here to fix my fridge. Haven’t been able to use it since August. Will not buy anything LG ever again and warn others not to!

On march 31 @CosmicWireInc let me go for no reason other than telling the truth, against their supposed "CG Supervisor", Xander me with what is none other than complete bullshit about @Blender IES is not non-performant, neither is blackbody, and scripts make work faster. @LGUS

btw @LGUSSupport and @LGUS ignored this post and when I called them today they gave me the runaround until I accepted a paltry "refund" that isn't enough to buy a replacement. All in all the worst customer service I've even heard of. Consider a Samsung tv next time!

@LGIndia @LGUS poor service. TV got delivered 2 days back but no engineer appointed for installation. Upon enquiring , the response is delayed. Not ready to help. Never buying LG again. Pathetic customer support. #saynotoLG
