Job Title: Dredger Coordinator Location: Port Harcourt Salary: N400,000 monthly. Job Description: ✓oversee all dredging operations, ensuring that activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in alignment with project goals. ✓supervise the dredger crew, managing the maintenance and operation of machinery, and maintaining strong client relationships on-site. ✓monitor the quality and progress of dredging activities, enforce health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards, and provide regular reports to the Operations Manager. Job Requirements: ✓Minimum of 7 years field experience in the dredging or maritime industry is a MUST. ✓ HND or B.Sc. in Dredging/Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering ✓Must possess minimum of HSE 1-3 certification ✓Must have hands-on experience with diesel engines especially Caterpillar (CAT) and Cummins engines, pumps and hydraulic systems ✓Working computer knowledge including applicable Microsoft Office software packages ✓Must be familiar with the use of process fault diagnosis software packages for Caterpillar (CAT) and Cummins engines Candidate ✓must have excellent communication and organizational skills ✓Ability to work collaboratively and manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
