Real estate builds wealth slowly. The catch? Liquidity. You can’t sell a house in 5 minutes the way you sell a stock.
Think of bonds as "money on rent." You lend it out, earn interest, and get it back later. Not flashy, but stability never is.
What’s that thing again where your bank account says -$12.43?
Crypto can make you rich. Gold can keep you calm. Cash can keep you alive. A smart investor knows when to lean on each.
Property feels safe. But it locks up your money. The real trick? Owning real estate that pays you without owning the roof. (That’s what REITs do.)
