I stopped streaming like 2/3 years ago. Life happened in a REAL way. Not the same person because of it. Lost some people in death & in friendship. If you think life will be like it always is, keep living. Protect your heart because not everyone will keep it heart healthy!

If you are a caretaker like myself make sure you are taking care and taking time for yourself. I've been doing this for 7 years and was caring for everyone but me. Finally did...I'm disappointed in the results but got work to do. #selfcare #caregiving
