6 months ago I was in a job I hated, glued to social media, always putting others before myself and my mental health suffered. Took several months away to work on me and can honestly say I’ve never loved myself more than I do right now! It’s ok to switch off for a while 🥰

Absolutely blessed to have a friend like @RyanWizini! Called him for advice and he’s literally spent half hour on the phone and barley said two words while I’ve sat and vented and ended up answering my own questions and clearing my own head 😂

For the first time in months I’ve had the energy to plan meals and go food shopping on my own. Anaemia has knocked the life out of me lately but things are finally slowly looking up ☺️
