Stay bootstrapped/self-funded as long as possible. I maintained 100% equity until the day I exited Myprotein. As a result: I didn't have to please the investors - and could focus on pleasing the customers. I got a way bigger exit as I could build out the value first.

If you have 3 reps hitting quota, you can get to 30 and even 300 But so many startups struggle to get past 2 reps that perform for quite a while Why? You haven't productized sales yet Those 2 mostly figured it out on their own

@BitcoinBirch @josephflaherty True. A founder who is good enough to build and own 80% of a real company valued at $65M will manage to hold on to a big percentage of their life’s passion/work over time. If their target market happens to be big, it’s those types of founders that become billionaires.
