A significant note is that Omicron spreads at a much, much higher rate, doubling every 3 days. Which means that 1 case becomes over a thousand in 30 days and the next 9 days drives that to over 10,000. It's important to listen to modelers. Nate's posting is v. clear. #covid19sk

We can’t vaccinate our way out of the pandemic. We need both: Vaccines AND Public Health (PH) measures. It was barely possible w/ original variant (A). W/ Delta, both PH measures and vaccines became less effective (B). But combined – they may still work. Theoretical model: 1/

AND.. We still haven't had public health or ID in Alberta acknowledge airborne transmission or how to mitigate spread. Don't know what to say folks.Protect yourself, for this gov't, and your public health officials, aren't going to do it. Shameful. I'm so sick of this. fin/

Let's say conservatively the doubling is now 5 days. Starting from a 7 day average of 80 (rounded up), in 25 days (Aug 17) we'll be at 2560. Per day. And the curve, to my eyes, seems to be steepening. And we have 0 (that's zero) public health restrictions in place. 7/

@_Paul_Abrams_ You can upgrade from @AzureDevOps 2017 directly to Azure DevOps 2019.. While this map shows for 2018, extrapolating for 2019 results in a direct upgrade. You only need jumps from older versions. 2010 - > 2013 - > 2019.
