If a car manufacturer makes a defective car and you are injured, you can file a lawsuit and seek damages. If a pharmaceutical corporation makes a vaccine and you are injured, you cannot file a lawsuit and seek damages, and you have little to no recourse. This must be changed.

@thevivafrei You forgot to mention the complete disregard for 6th amendment right to an impartial jury. Change of venue should have been granted. These political cases have less fairness than if it were a black man charged with grape of a white woman, and clan members are the judge & jury.
