Growing up as a kid, everything is rock-solid, stable, real, almost immortal. Then you slowly realize that things are actually shaky, fleeting and perhaps a bit unreal too. Perhaps this is the biggest lesson of life teaches us all - how short and random existence actually is.
Habits are harder to change, so it's better you form good ones.
It’s fascinating how once you start questioning whether self exists, your grievances also start disappearing. Like, who are you going to complain that your life sucks. There is no “you” in the first place, it’s just different parts playing their roles from time to time.
If you’ve made a bunch of money and still don’t have time for exercise, diet, family or friends, perhaps you need to re-evaluate your life priorities.
