Erfreulicherweise nimmt auch Meta, der Betreiber von Facebook und Instagram, anwaltliche Aufforderungen zur Löschung von Fake-Profilen inzwischen ernst. Falsche Profile werden regelmäßig zügig gelöscht, ohne dass wir einstweilige Verfügungen beantragen müssen.
