How can I say this...CPI is a joke. It just gets staff hurt and puts a combative patient above the safety of staff. Luckily we use a realistic program at my job that doesn’t tie our hands. But a part time job of mine is switching to CPI 😞 #nursing #publicsafety

If you want to take the use of my emoji and then run with it to make the point you wish to make, that is fine. 😀😅😂🤣 I can use them all day. It doesn't change the fact threatening HI/SI has consequences. Regardless if the pt was meaning it or not, thats for psych to determine

On my way in for my last shift before 4 amazing days off filled with video games, the gym, and napping. I’m gonna try to think happy thoughts despite getting a text this morning that night shift had 8 code grays. 😭🙏🏻
