Is it weird that my childhood #BestFriend has been diagnosed with #ADENOMYOSIS ? She had a #TubalLigation yesrs ago, then #ablation. #ironic DONT TELL ME #ADENOMYOSIS IS NOT FROM #GYN #SURGERY Anything for $ at the #patients health expense

Surgical procedures like #TubalLigation and #salpingectomy should not even be a consideration. Think about how #Surgery can change your body. And for the worse. #IHaveAdenomyosis from my #salpingectomy #dysmenorrhea

Wow, did they not even mention #adenomyosis ? What about that? Who knows what #adenomyosis is? Its a bit worse than endometriosis and often misdiagnosed, or even missed.

My #adenomyosis won today. I lost. This sucks. Im #exhausted In severe #pain Meds dont work I feel like my ovaries are twisting the wrong way. I would go to the ER if i didnt know what was wrong with me. #dysmenorrhea #gynecology #uterus #womensheath

@AbingtonJeff After follow up pelvic/tv scan, @AbingtonJeff , #warminster got it right and measured my #adenomyosis growth. I guess the last sonographer just stunk at her job. Glad they foundy adeno and were able to see the growth. Now off to MRI & Staging.

Does anyone know if #adenomyosis or #endometriosis can cause fever? Im having low grade temps come and go in waves. It goes away without meds & comes back in an hour or so. No other symptoms, just achy and uterine/ovarian pain. Blah

@AbingtonJeff P.S. I'm not your avg patient.... I educate myself and have family in the field. It's so sad to see patients put trust into radiologists and sonographers and know they are missing something. How much more are they really missing? #thinkaboutit

Is there no one out there like me? I had my tubes removed "to reduce my risk of ovarian cancer" instead of a regular tubal ligation. Now I have adenomyosis. No one dr will pinpoint where my adeno came from, but I know it's from my surgery. I'm 100% Positive.
