I finally started therapy and I've had two sessions so far. I really enjoy talking to her, but I'm not really sure how helpful it's actually going to be so I'm kind of torn on if I should continue or not.

Two weeks ago today, my father unfortunately lost his battle with cancer at only 57 years old. I still cannot accept the fact that I will never hear his voice again. Hug your loved ones and never pass up an opportunity to tell them how much they mean to you.

My dad spent Christmas and all of last week in the hospital. He's home now, but it breaks my heart to say that he is now on hospice care. I don't know how to process it, but I'm devastated.
