this is a supremely stupid offer all around what you've now done is priced him to "perfection" at a 7 number that would be understandable and reasonable to everyone, and fans would fully support and give him some slack now he is under intense microscope and has to play lights out during his tenure or the fans will roast him alive worse for everyone, including him, if he falters he will rue the day he did this
