This is an amazing feature from Wealthsimple! Hats off! I get more CDIC protection on the Wealthsimple chequing account than I do on a regular checking account at a bank, because they automatically spread the funds across member banks for me. (If I understand correctly😅)

That feeling when you accidentally end up testing non-functional aspects of your app (load time) because you had some end-to-end tests you just couldn't figure out how to write other than relying on timers 😅 (P.S. found the offending commit with the slowdown and modified! 🎊)

I think that if you're an astronaut and a private company says "we can fly you to space for 8 days," and then after 60+ days in space they tell you "probably next year actually," you should be able to sue that company out of existence, even when it's as large as Boeing.

The productivity boost you get from LLMs, despite having to fact-check all the output, reminds me of NP-hard problems: Difficult to solve directly (NP) (would require lots of info aggregation), but once there is a candidate solution, it can be verified easily (P). :)

I really appreciate the efforts going into this program. ❤️🙏 I have a very long and difficult-to-pronounce legal name (the Twitter profile is a shortened version), and I was terrified when stepping on stage. But the reader did an amazing job. It meant so much to me.
