सारा दारोमदार #Locopilots पर है, they should not use Homoeo medicines, Soft drinks, coconut water, Plantain fruits, Cough syrups, Mouth wash etc before SignOn & SignOff. अर्थात् लोको पायलट कुछ खाएँ-पिएँ नहीं! ऐसी मशीन का क्या उपयोग, जो अल्कोहल और अन्य चीजों में अंतर नहीं कर पाती?

#2800GpforAlp #2800GpforAlp सहायक लोको पायलट की वेतन दर ₹2800/- ग्रेड पे होना चाहिए । जबकि इस श्रेणी के अन्य कर्मचारियों की वेतन दर काफी बढ़ चुकी है। जब श्रेणी समान है तो वेतन दर भी समान होनी चाहिए। धन्यवाद @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @ndtvindia @PMOIndia

हो गई मंशा पूरी! इसका यह अर्थ क्यों न लगाया जाए कि #यूनियनों/#फेडरेशनों को जो कैडर खरीदने की आर्थिक क्षमता रखता है, उसकी डिमांड पूरी होती है? अब ट्रेनों का संरक्षा-सुरक्षा प्रबंधन सुधर जाएगा, अब ट्रेनें कभी लेट नहीं होंगी,कोई चोरी छीना-झपटी नहीं होगी! #ट्रेनमैनेजर सब ठीक कर देगा!
