Around 6 months ago I was feeling stuck. Google had destroyed my previous business and I didn't know what to do next. Then a heard a podcast about a local newsletter. 6 months later, I'm all in. I just crossed 8,000 subscribers, $15,000 in revenue, and have big plans for 2025.
