@_arj123 If there was a mini pro model, with all the same features, that would have been an easy buy for me. The features to me that were dealbreakers: - No ProMotion - Battery Life The other Pro features wouldn't have mattered to me.

@_arj123 I have a 12 mini and I am getting the 13 mini. Perfect to drop in my pocket at work. Battery gets me thru a day at work. I recognize it’s not a pro series and the size says I don’t have a large battery. Purchased for the size not camera or gaming.
@_arj123 I had a 12 mini, it was vastly superior to the iPhone SE, unfortunately they both had awful battery life.

@_arj123 Loud minority wanted the phone, for most people it seemed like a bad deal. Saving $100 and you're getting a smaller phone with less screen real estate to do stuff + worse battery? Who'd buy that? (Still love the Mini)
@_arj123 I want it if it has the same battery capacity as the larger models… just make it thicker FFS, I don’t care how thick it is… gimme a chonky phone… what I do care about is being able to reach the entire screen with my thumb while holding it. iPhone 5 was the perfect size.

@_arj123 I will be using mini iphone 13 until it dies, then I'll buy used one that works and once it is not supported I'll buy smallest phone that I can get. If it is not apple, ok I am willing the leave the ecosystem for a small phone

In reality, the stats I saw showed about 10% of the iPhone sales. I'm not sure what Apple was thinking, but did anyone expect it to make 51% to survive, or something like that? It's a crucial form-factor for the customer base who prefer it... even if they are only 10%. Hopefully my 12 mini holds up well (and they get their senses back before then), otherwise it might be costing them at least one future sale.
