This is great! Truly great. It sometimes feel like every decision now in software needs to come after weeks of deep exploration, interviews with users, and whatnot. Just do the thing, see if it works, rollback or adapt.

If the junior you are mentoring is doing a good job, tell them. If your manager is supporting you well, tell them. If someone wrote a blog post that really spoke to you, tell them. No matter who the person is, everyone needs to hear when they got something right 🤗

GitHub graphs should be removed. They do far more harm than good. A completely green graph should not be anyone’s goal. Balance is important.

It's normal for me to use `ack something | grep foo | rg bar`, all in one line. There's also `ag` that appears every now and then. All but `grep` is aliased to `rg` under the hood. 🤷🏻‍♂️
