exactly, that’s the "magic" of saturation!! your mind just runs the affirmations on its own, like your first thought of the day becomes what you’ve been affirming nonstop
@_bfdrunk It is and it gets to a point where your mind just repeats your affirmations without you even try to activately affirm, like today I woke up and the first thought that came to mind was "Today is the best day of my life" which I've been affirming after watching Erick's videos.

it’s not really necessary but i like to “test” the power of my subconscious, so i started affirming “i see green cars” and then… i manifested a bunch 🥹 it’s so cool to watch the 3d unfold even with simple signs like that

starting the milikan challenge <3 today: 3 hours of total saturation, will be counting a bit of affirmations on the counter app and scripting a little here and there if i increase the timer i will update! (i probably will)
Nothing is too big of a deal or end of the world! Even if you wavered/spiralled, fuck that! You still have it/are going to get it all the same! Keep affirming! 🫶🏻
