Walking into a production codebase kind of feels like walking into dense forest and trying to build a home there. So many unknowns. So much time spent mapping out the paths, learning where to find resources, understanding the terrain. Takes a while to feel comfortable.

Just added a new feature to ontariocurve.ca The app now CALCULATES for you whether the #COVID19 curve is flattening or not (in Ontario). #Toronto Public Health, for example, is *flattening*! This is great news! #FlattenTheCurve @ONgov

Apparently best practice to securely use API keys is to build a backend API that makes your desired API calls for you. Basically an API for your APIs. bit.ly/39qkB97 Seems like overkill for small apps that you want to keep secure... Is there a simpler option out there?

Spent hours trying to figure out why the React API for @AntDesignUI wasn't working despite following the docs exactly. Almost decided to drop it and use another component library. Turns out they migrated from v3 to v4 literally just *yesterday*. Now everything works 😁😅
