Making some progress on UI for Range! Is it looking too busy? I'd love for the player to be able to set up their tasks & timer AND change their background without having to jump through a bunch of screens... #gamedev #godotengine
@_devduck Using this many "pixel sizes" creates an inconsistent visual style. Back then, "pixel art" was just "art," since all pixels were the same size -- it wasn't a stylistic choice. Can you do it with just one "pixel size"?
@_devduck Love the overall design. If you're worried about busyness, have you considered blurring out the cliffs in the background? It'd give a nice depth effect while also making the more important elements pop out.
@_devduck Personally I prefer it focused on the timing aspect, not the tasks etc. So I would remove the tasks. Also not sure if you have the work / rest times configurable elsewhere, but I think it would be good to customs that globally.
