Literally just got Rick-rolled by a doctor’s office. Told them my name and insurance then got put on hold with Never Gonna Give You Up playing. They answered and said they don’t take my insurance 🤣

Use @PayPal when you book with @Airbnb . After 3 weeks of trying to get @AirbnbHelp help with a refund that was approved and initiated from my host, I took the issue to PayPal and had my issue resolved within 4 days.

Over 3 weeks and I still have yet to receive a response from @Airbnb and @AirbnbHelp . Keep getting the same “someone will contact you” response. Worst customer service I may have ever experienced....
